On Friday 17th July 2026, it came to our attention that one of our email accounts had been compromised as a result of a phishing attempt. Immediate actions were taken to notify our IT service providers, who successfully contained and secured the incident within two hours. As a precautionary measure, security measures were taken by every team member and globally by our IT service provider, to mitigate any further risk. Subsequent investigations revealed that the email account had been accessed 4 days prior to the incident, although no activity was detected or recorded until the morning of the 17th July. There remains a potential risk that some data may have been compromised.
In light of this, we request clients and third parties who received a phishing email referencing an invoice on 17th July to delete it immediately and refrain from clicking on any links contained within the message. We also remind everyone to exercise caution when handling emails containing links, particularly those that are unexpected. If there is any doubt regarding the authenticity of an email, we strongly advise against clicking any links.
