Sophie Joined us in June 2024, after finishing her final year at university. She initially joined as our Receptionist and has progressed to Legal Administration Assistant. Sophie predominantly supports Irena Osborne and Ruth Hawkins with their public and private children law cases, but also assists other fee earners with private matters.
Sophie graduated from the University of the West of England in 2024, achieving a Bachelor of Laws with honours. Her aspiration is to qualify as a solicitor and specialise in Family Law. She has always been interested in Family Law from a young age, as her parents were foster carers and her mum has since qualified as a social worker. Sophie is due to start her legal training through a solicitor apprenticeship in December 2025. Outside of work Sophie enjoys playing netball and regularly plays as part of her local team, as well as coaching younger players.
