Boardman, Hawkins & Osborne LLP is a niche family practice established in 2018 by partners, Emily Boardman, Ruth Hawkins and Irena Osborne.
The firm offers legal advice, representation, mediation by mediators who are also practising solicitors, and other forms of family dispute resolution.

Many of our clients are vulnerable as a result of their circumstance, age, learning needs, neurodiversity or experience of domestic abuse, and our team are skilled at dealing with those needs. Some clients want to do everything themselves, except appear in court, while some want a full service and representation throughout their process.
We offer competitive private rates, fixed fees where appropriate and legal aid for eligible cases and clients.
For privately funded cases, our hourly rates range between £110 – £350 per hour (+VAT) dependent on the lawyer.
