During the week 30th November 2020 to the 4th December 2020, we will be supporting Resolution’s Good Divorce Week.
Resolution is a community of family justice professionals who work with families and individuals to resolve issues in a constructive way.
Resolution was founded in 1982 by a group of family lawyers who believed that a non-confrontational approach to family law issues would produce better outcomes for separating families and their children.
Over the decades, Resolution has maintained a commitment to a constructive way of working, enshrined in a Code of Practice.
The Code stresses the importance of reducing conflict, putting the interests of children first and helping clients to understand their choices. Getting advice early on in the process helps conversations lead to constructive outcomes for all involved.
In support of the Good Divorce Week our three matrimonial lawyers Karen Newman, Helen Bishop and Amanda Stopps have committed to giving out one session per day of 30 minutes free legal advice to those who need it. Our lawyers can talk through the variety of options that might be open to you, and help you find the most appropriate one for your circumstances.
