Having launched our practice in September 2018, we are again looking to expand our innovative and busy South Oxfordshire practice by seeking a further Matrimonial Lawyer to join our team of private consultants. As an inclusive, award-winning Family Law firm, we cover all aspects of Family Law and have a growing caseload of the following work:
- Matrimonial Finances ranging from modest to high net worth assets
- TOLATA applications
- Pre-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation agreements
- Private Children Act Proceedings ranging from negotiating parenting plans and regular child arrangements, to international relocation cases
- Domestic Abuse cases.
Characterful but modern, BH&O has high profile offices in central Abingdon. Remote/Flexi working is available, but some ability to work in the office is required. A strong commitment to community involvement and CSR is encouraged.
